What is the first ammendment? It gives freedom of speech, religion, the press, and the right to petition the government
What is the free exercise clause? It prohibits congress from making any law that prohibits the free excercise of religion
What is the second ammendment? The right to bear arms.
What does "bearing arms" mean? To be able to own any ordinary use weapons and guns.
What is the third ammendment? The government can not force you to shelter soldiers in your home without consent.
What is the fourth ammendment? The right to unreasonable searches of people.
What is the fifth ammendment? The government cannot try a person more than once for the same crime,or make them testify against themself.
What is the sixth ammendment? Everyone has the right to a speedy trial.
What is the seventh ammendment? You have the right to a jury trial.
What is the eighth ammendment? When charged with a fine, you have the right to a fair fine.
What exactly would be a fair fine for a speeding ticket? Roughly from a hundred dollars to a few hundred dollars.
What is the bill of rights? To give the rights to all citizens of the U.S.
What is the most important right we have? Freedom of religion or freedom of expression.
If there was a man who walked into your house and stole your refrigerator, can the justice system throw him in jail for ten years without a fair trial? NO.
If i were at the airport with a mohawk that the flight attendant did not like, does she have the right to search me without my consent? NO.
Do I have a right to vote if i am a Black African American? YES.
