Erosion, deposition, weathering, etc.

| What is a delta? | A fan-shaped deposit on the mouth of a river. |
| What is erosion? | Erosion is the process that MOVES the sediment. |
| What is weathering? | Weather is the process that BREAKS DOWN pieces of rock to make sediment. |
| What natural materials are used during the weathering process? | It uses wind, water, and ice (glaciers). |
| What is deposition? | Deposition is the process of wind, water, or ice that DROPS OFF the sediment at a different location. |
| What are landforms? | Shapes or features of the Earth's surface. |
| What type of landform(s) does the deposition process create? | DEPOSITION= DUNES AND DELTAS!!!!! |
