What is a cold water rising? An upwelling
List the 4 major oceans. Atlantic, Pacific, Indian and the Arctic
How much of Earth's surface does the ocean take up? about 75%
What is a sea mount? a submerged mountain-like structure on sea bottom.
What is a sea mount with a flat top? a guyot
What is a coral reef located away from land that is separated by a lagoon? An atoll
What is distillation? The removal of salt to make clean, drinkable water.
What's a neap tide? lower than normal tide that occurs when sun earth and moon form a right angle
