What is a carnivore? An animals that eats other animals.
What is a consumer? An animal that eats other organisms.
What is a decomposer? An organism that breaks down dead organisms to get energy.
What is a food chain? The flow of energy through a community.
What is a food web? All of the food chains in a community.
What is a herbivore? An organism that eats plants.
What is an omnivore? An organism that eats both plants and animals.
What is a producer? An organism that makes its own food from sunlight.
What is a scavenger? An animal that eats dead animals.
What is commensalism? A relationship between two organism that helps one and doesn't affect the other.
What is a host? An organism that is harmed by a parasite.
What is mutualism? A relationship between two organisms that helps both organisms.
What is a parasite? An organisim that feeds off another organism for a long period of time.
What is parasitism A relationship between two organisms that helps one and harms the other.
What is a predator? An animal that hunts and eats other animals.
What is prey? An animal that is hunted and eaten by another animal.
What is symbiosis? A close, long-term relationship between two organsims.
