Stage of Resistance varies with coping abilities ( excercise, meditate) This shows the fewest signs and symptoms
Stage of Exhaustion some reacurring symptoms may occurr, This occurs when all energy for adaptation has been expanded.
Fight or Flight Response incr. bp and sweating, incr. heart / resp. rate, decr. GI motility, pupil dialation
