What are asteroids? Rocks that orbit around the sun, Mars and Jupiter.
What is the difference between a solar and lunar eclipse? A solar eclipse is when the sun is hidden by the moon. A lunar eclipse is when a full moon passes through the shadow of the sun.
what is a telescope? An instrument for making distant objects appear larger and therefore nearer.
What is a comet? A star that moves about the sun in an eccentric orbit.
What is inertia? Inerta is inactivity and sluggishness
What is a constellation? A constellation is a group of stars that makes familiar object that has a name.
What is a satellite? A satellite is technological or natural object that orbits the earth or other planets.
What is a planet? Large heavenly bodies orbiting around the sun.
What are the different stages of a star? Nebula, protostar, red giant, white dwarf, black hole/ black dwarf
What is a star? A star is any of the heavenly bodies except the moon that shines in the sky at night.
Howe does earth's revolution cause seasons? The sun hits the earth at different angles, making it hotter in the summer and colder in the winter.
What are the phases of the moon? new moon, waxing crescent, first quarter, waxing gibbous, full moon, waning gibbous, last quarter, waning crescent and new moon
