NREMT Drugs Name and Dose

Dextose 50% 25g of 50% solution IV
Syrup of Ipecac 30 mL PO followed by water
Epinephrine (1 :10,000) 1 mg IV every 3-5 min

Nitroglycerin 0.4 mg SL
Succinylcholine 1.0-1.5 mg/kg IV/IM
Dobutamine 2-20 mcg/kg/min IV
Propranolol 1-3 mg slow IV
Amyl Nitrite 0.3 mL ampule crushed and inhaled
Coumadin 2-5 MG Orally
Promethazine 12.5-25 mg IM/IM/PR
Insulin 5-10 U IV/IM/SC
Mag. Sulfate 1-2 g IV
Phenytoin seizure 10-15 mg kg IV digatalis toxicity 100 mg slow IV max 1000
Amiodarone 150-300 mg IV
Pancuronium 0.04-0.1 mg/kg IV
Sodium Bicarbonate 1 mEq/kg IV
Nalbuphine 5 mg IV/IM/SC 2 mg as needed up to 20
Dexamethasone 4-24mg IV/IM
Glucagon hypoglecemia 1.0 mg IM/SC every 5-20 min bblocker OD 50-150 mcg/kg over 1 min

Thiamine 50-100 mg IV/IM
Magnesium Sulfate 1-2 mg IV
Nitroprusside 0.5 10 mcg/kg/min IV
Oxytocin 3-10 U IM
Chlordiazepoxide 50-100 IV/IM
Aspirin 160-325 mg PO
Midazolam 1.0-2.5 mg slow IV 0.07 -0.08 mg/kg IM
Etomidate 0.1-0.3 mg/kg IV over 15-30 sec
Streptokinase 250,000 U IV over 30 min

Activated Charcoal 1g/kg with 6-8 oz water

Vasopressin 40 U IV
Nifedipine 10-20 mg capsule SL
Methylprednisone 125-250 mg IV/IM
Hydralazine 20-40 mg IV/IM
Alteplase (TPAC) 100 mg IV infusion 1 hr
Lorazepam 2-4 mg IM, 0.5-2 mg IV status epilepticus 2- mg slow IV
