States of Matter

solid | a state of matter that has a fixed shape and volume |
liquid | a state of matter that have a fixed volume, but its shape changes to match the shape of its container |
gas | a state of matter that does not have a fixed shape of volume |
physical state | the classification of matter as a solid, liquid, or gas |
