How does sea floor spreading occur? Sea Floor spreading occurs by hot, less dense material below Earth's crust rises toward the surface, carrying the sea floor away from the ridge in both directions
How are the focus and the epicenter of an earthquake different? The focus = underground Epicenter = above ground
How do volcanoes form at plate boundaries? Plate boundaries were less dense and magma can flow up and through the cracks in the earth
How is a fossil mold different from a fossil cast? A fossil mold is different from a fossil cast because the mold is hard and the part might decay
