Eyes- Snellen Chart Abnormal Findings Hesitancy, squinting, leaning forward, misreading letters.
Eyes-Snellen Eye Chart Abnormal Findings The larger the denominator, the poorer the vision. If vision is poorer than 20/30, refer to an opthamologist or optometrist.
Eyes-Snellen Eye Chart Normal Range of Findings Standing 20 feet from chart,glasses or contacts on(if worn),read smallest line of letters possible. Record numeric fraction of last line successfully read. Indicate if any letters were missed.(i.e. O.D.20/30-1,with glasses)
