| Captopril (Capoten) Nursing actions | Monitor Blood pressure, proteinurea, BUN, Creatinine level and WBC. Take 1 hour before meals, rise slowly, monitor for photosensitivity, no salt substitutes. Report Cough and signs of infection. |
| Ferrous Sulfate administration | Give tablet with full glass of water, administer solutions with straw. Give 1 hour before or 2 hour after meals. No antacids, coffee, tea, dairy, egg or whole grain 1 hour before or 2 hour after iron. |
