| Assess joints for? | warmth, inflammation, edema, stiffness, crepitus, deformities, tenderness, limitations, or instability |
| What is hypertrophy? | enlargement of muscle due to strengthing |
| what is atrophy? | a decrease in muscle size due to disease |
| What is alert? | client is responsive and able to fully respond |
| What is lethargy? | client canopen the eyes and respond, but is drowsy and falls asleep readily |

| What is graphesthesia? | ask the client to identify a number drawn on his palm |
