What are clinical manifestations of severe Iron-deficiency anemia? pallor, jaundice, puritis, retinal hemorrhage, blurred vision, smooth tongue, tachycardia, angina, HF, MI, headache, vertigo, irritability, impaired thought process, anorexia, diff, swallowing, bone pain, sensitivity to cold, wt. loss, lethargy
