straddling tricuspid valve | anomaly in which chordae of the tricuspid valve are attached to both ventricles. It is always associated with an inlet ventricular septal defect and small right ventricle. |
ebstein malformation of the tricuspid valve | characterized primarily by abnormalities of the tricuspid valve and right ventricle. For unknown reasons, it occurs with higher frequency in infants of mothers who take lithium during early pregnancy. is about 1 in 50K to 200K w/o gender preference |
