trachea tube ringed with cartilage that carries air from the throat to the lungs

bronchi tubes that connect trachea to the lungs

bronchioles tiny tubes that connect bronchi to alveoli
inhalation the process of bringing air into the lungs
exhalation the process of breathing air out of the lungs
diaphragm the sheet of muscle that controls the process of inhalation and exhalation
