Cecum place where the small and large intestine come together.
Esophagus the tube that carries food and liquids from the mouth to the stomach
protein molecules that are made up of amino acids & needed for growth and repair of body cells
duodenum place where the stomach joins the small intestine and most of chemical digestion takes place
Large Intestine the last organ of the digestive system which removes liquid wastes and stores solid wastes.
liver blood passes through this before it moves other parts of the body; toxins are broken down
Small Intestine organ of the digestive system in which most digestion takes place.
