Superior Gluteal Nerve: Gluteus medius, Tensor fasciae latae, Gluteus minimus
Superficial Peroneal Nerve: Peroneus longus, Peroneus brevis
Femoral Nerve: Iliacus, Vastus lateralis, Rectus femoris, Vastus medialis, Sartorius, Vastus intermedius, Pectineus
Obturator Nerve: Adductor longus, Gracilis, Adductor brevis, Obturator externus, Adductor magnus
Medial Plantar Nerve: Abductor hallucis, Lumbricale I, Flexor digitorum brevis, Flexor hallucis longus
Lateral Plantar Nerve: Abductor digiti minimi, Dorsal interossei, Quadratus plantae, Adductor hallucis, Lumbricale II, III and IV, Plantar interossei, Flexor digiti minimi brevis
