| What two things do charactoristics do? | They make each living thing different from each other and they define your hair color, shape, height, and personality. |

| Environment | Everything that surrounds an organism. |
| Stimulus | Anything that causesan organism to respond. |

| Adaptation | Any charactoristic of a living thing to make it better able to survive in its environment. (Two examples: Forest: Green animal. Desert: Lion.) Occurs over a long period of time. |

| Sexual Reproduction | Takes two 'parents' (giggle giggle) And example would be flowers to make a seed. Or two cats to make kittens. |
| Asexual Reproduction | When only one organism is needed to produce another. (The organism will copy itself, and then split in half. New life may grow and bud froma parent like cutting the eye from a potato.) |
