Condiments

майонез mayonnaise
горчица mustard (broad term, Russian ketchup is very similar to horseradish and is very spicy)
соевый соус soy sauce (labelled as either dark/тёмный or light/светлый.)
уксус vinegar
острый соус hot sauce (very general, sriracha and tobacco sauce are labelled as such and are easy to tell)
соус барбекю barbecue sauce (very general)
соус ранч ranch dressing (not common, garlic sauce and herb sauces are common)
оливковое масло olive oil
сливочное масло butter (масло is rarely said by itself, this example means creamy butter. There are a lot more, масло сливочное 82% is a common one)
овощная приправа / релиш / соус для хот-догов relish (not common at all, many different names: vegetable condiment/ relish/ sauce for hot dog)
сальса salsa (some variants on labels are kept in Spanish)
мёд honey
кленовый сироп maple syrup (pretty rare, often it is just сироп для блинов; sauce for pancakes)
тартар соус tartar sauce (Russian tartar sauce often contains pickles, herbs, lemon, and/or capers)
соус ворчестер Worcestershire sauce (is more of a novelty sauce) (Вустерширский соус might be seen too)
песто pesto (песто дженовезе is common)
тахини tahini (кунжутная паста is a common descriptive word if not known)
хумус hummus
кисло‑сладкий соус sweet and sour sauce
рыбный соус fish sauce (нам-пла (Thai) or нюок-мам (Vietnamese)
терияки соус teriyaki sauce
чатни chutney (манговое чатни: mango chutney, very common in stores)
айоли aioli (treated as gourmet mayo)
