| energy | the abilty to make things move or change |
| energy storage | a molecule that organisms can use to release the energy they need to survive |
| food web | a model that shows what eats what in a ecosystem |
| indirect effect | the result of one cause leading an effect that causes one or more other effects |
| organisms | living things such as plants animals or bacterias |
| population | a group of the same type of organism iving in the same area |
| reproduction | a group of thhe same type of organisms living in the same area |
| resource population | a population that is eaten by organisms from another population |
| stability | when something stays mostly the same overtime |
| producer population | a population that is able to make their own food through photosynthesis |
| decomposer | an organism that is abe to break down other organisms and waste |
| parasitism | interaction in which one organism benefits an the other is harmed |
| mutualism | interacton between 2 organisms where they both benefit |
| commensalism | interaction in which one organism benfits and the other is not impacted |
| abiotic | not living parts of the enviroment |
| biotic | living parts of the enviroment |
