what sort of information does an assignment sheet contain #1 the residents name/room number, the medical diagnosis, code status, activity level/transfer status, range of motion exercises, bathing information, diet orders, fluid orders (including thickened liquids) , bowel and bladder information
what sort of information does an assignment sheet contain #2 how often to measure vital signs, treatments to be performed, special tests and other procedures to be performed
what are assignments based on the number of residents and the number of staff members available on that shift
what is important for NAs regarding assignments it is important for NAs to work every day they are scheduled
