| Crackles | Wet sounds heard in lungs while breathing |
| Dyspepsia | Indigestion |
| Dysphagia | Difficulty Swallowing |
| Dysphasia | Difficulty Speaking |
| Dyspnea | Difficulty Breathing |
| Embolism | Obstruction in the Artery |
| Epistaxis | Bleeding from Nose |
| Hematochezia | Blood in Stool |
| Hematoma | Injury to blood vessel that allows blood to leak into surrounding tissues |
| Hematuria | Blood in Urine |
| Hemoptysis | Coughing up blood |
| Hemorrhage | Blood leaving a ruptured blood vessel. |
| Homeostasis | Stable Equilibrium |
| Hypertension | High blood pressure |
| Hyperthermia | High body Temperature |
| Hypoperfusion | Below normal flow to vital organs |

| Polyphagia | Excessive Eating in diabetics due to the inability to use glucose |
| Polyuria | Large volume of urine in small amount of time |
| Renal Caculi | Kidney Stone |
| Rhonchi | Low pitched congestion in upper airways while breathing |
| Stridor | High pitched, brassy, crowing sound in upper airway |
| Tachycardia | Rapid heart rate |
| Tachypnea | Rapid Breathing |
| Thrombus | Blood clot formed in vascular system |
| TIA | Transient Ischemic Attack, Stroke that last a few minutes |
| Wheezing | High pitched whistle caused by obstruction in lower airway |
