Renewable Resource Resources that can be replaced in a short amount of time. (Soil, sun, crops, people, plants, trees, air, animals and water)
Nonrenewable Resource Resources that cannot be replaced quickly. It takes millions of years. (Coal, oil, natural gas, silver, gold, diamonds, aluminum and gems)
Fossil Fuels these are formed from the remains of prehistoric animals and plants that were buried in layers of rock and subjected to large amounts of heat and pressure
Satellite An object that orbits the earth. It is a technology that allows for the detection of illegal logging, mining, and mining exploration, optimizing, and protecting ecosystems on a large scale.
