Learned Behavior A behavior that is learned through experience or teaching.
Inherited Traits Traits that are passed from parents to offspring.
Acquired Traits Traits that are gained during life and are not passed down.
Generations Groups of parents and their offspring over time.
Obtained from the Environment Traits or behaviors that come from surroundings or experiences.
Genetics The study of how traits are passed from parents to offspring.
Gene A small part of a cell that carries instructions for traits.
Characteristics Traits or features that describe how an organism looks or acts.
Offspring The young of a parent organism.
Parent An organism that produces offspring.
