Disorderly Conduct A person guilty with the intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm

Nolo Contedere A statement by the defendant that they will not contest or fight the charges brought by the government
Determinate Sentence The legislature has set the type and length of sentence for each crime
Concurrent Sentence Sentence may overlap with another for a period of time
Consecutive Sentence Sentence runs separately from one or more sentences to be served by the same individual
Parole A conditional release from imprisonment which entitles the person receiving the parole to serve remaining time outside
Militia All of the able bodied men in a community: Army or National Guard
Gun Control Some kind of rule or regulation governing the manufacture, sale, transportation, possession, and use of firearms
