Cell membrane Just inside the cell wall is the cell membrane, which controls what materials pass in and out of the cell
Nucleus A Dense area in a cell That contains nucleic acid The chemical instruction that directs the cells activities
Organelle A tiny cell structure that carries out a simple explanation within the cell
Ribosomes A small grain shaped organelle in the cytoplasm cell that produces protein.
cytoplasm The thick fluid region of a cell.
Mitochondrion The powerhouse of a cell which are organelles that generate most of the cells energy3
Endoplasmic reticulum That was a maze of passageway in which protein and other materials are carried from one of passage of the cell
Golgi appratus A structure in a cell that receives protein and other newly formed Materials ER and then package up and send it to the other cell
Vacuole a sack like organelle that stores, water, food, and other materials
Lysosomes a small round cell structure structure containing chemicals that breaks down large particles into smaller ones
Multicellular Many cells
Unicellular One cell
Tissue A group of simple cells that perform a special function
Organ A body structure that is composed of different kinds of tissues that work together.
Organ system Groups of organs
Specialized cells Tiny workers with shapes for a special job in your body.
Division of labor Everyone has a specific job to do so they can achieve a big goal together.
