Traits Characteristics of an organism
Cell Basic unit of all living organisms, each human DNA has 46 chromosomes
Instincts Innate genetically programmed behavior
Trait Variation The differences in traits in the same species (ex. hair color, eye color)
Inherited Trait Traits that are in your DNA
Nucleus The brain of a cell
Offspring The product of reproduction
Acquired Trait Traits you learned or changed
Chromosomes Long DNA molecules with part or all of the genetic material of an organism
