Third Step Find Radial Pulse with fingertips (inside of wrist under thumb)
Fourth Step Counts beats for one full minute
Fifth Step Signaling device is within reach
Sixth Step Before recording wash hands
Seventh Step Record pulse rate within 4 beats of evaluators reading. Skill finsihed.
