| Chemical Reaction | A rocess in which atoms rearrange to form new substances |
| Model | An object diagram or computer program that helps us understand somthing by making it simpler or easier to see |
| Product | An ending subtance that is made during a chemical reaction |
| Property | Something that can be observed about a subtance such as color, smell or boiling piont |
| Reactant | A staring subtance that is part of chemical reaction |
| Rearrange | To change the order or position of somthing |
| Scale | The relative size of things |
| Substance | Somthing that is made of all the same atoms or groups of atoms |
| Boiling Point | The temperature at which a substance changes from liquid phase to the gas phase |
| Chemical Formula | Letters and numbers showing the types and number of atoms that repeat to make up a substance |
| Exteneded Structure | A structure formed by repeating groups of atoms linked togetherin a large network |
| Melting Point | The temperature at which a substannce changes form soild phase to the liquid phase |
| Molecule | A group of atoms joined together in a particular way |
| Fertilizer | A substance that is added to soil to help plants grow |
| Corrrosive | Able to cause damage |
