hurricane severe tropical storm that forms over warm ocean waters, sustained winds of 74 or greater, heavy rain , spawn tornados. extensive damage. Hurricanes are categorized from 1 to 5, with 5 being the most destructive.
Heat transfer of thermal energy from a hotter object or area to a colder one due to a temperature difference
Lightning a powerful, electrical release in the atmosphere between clouds, within a cloud, or between a cloud and the ground. caused by the buildup of electrical charges, creates a bright flash of light and makes thunder as the surrounding air is heated
Static electricity electrical charge that builds up on an object, often caused by rubbing two materials together, like rubbing a balloon on your hair.
tornado violent wind storm consisting of a tall (vortex) funnel column of air which rotates fast and causes a lot of damage

tropical storm a strong storm with powerful winds that can reach up to 73 miles per hour. These storms start over warm oceans and have heavy rain and winds that cause flooding and damage. If the winds get even stronger, they can turn into a hurricane
