list all of the organelles discussed in class and know their functions
which types of cells would have a high concentration of RER and SER? endoplasmic reticulum
what components make up the cytoskeleton and their functions? interconnected protein fibers and tubes, microfilaments, intermediate fibers, microtubules
know the different types of cellular junctions and their functions anchoring junctions "weld" cells together, tight junctions prevent small ion movement, gap junctions allow passage without membrane control
