Residents NA communicate with residents every day.
Families and Visitors the care team should strive to have a positive, open relationship with residents families and friends. 1way is to always respond immediately when a resident calls for help (this lets family know that their loved are receivingpropercare,helppreventinjury)
The Community staff may receive calls or visits from doctors offices or clinics . an NA should refer any questions to her supervisor . She should keep all resident and staff information confidential unless she has been instructed otherwise
