CHAIN OF COMMAND describes the line of authority in the facility
what is an example of the chain of command the nurse will usually be the NAs immediate supervisor

why is it important for team members to follow instructions and for the facility to have a chain of command doing this helps promote proper care and lessen the risk of liability
