search engine optimization (SEO) | Making a website more visible so that it shows up nearer to the top of the list in search-engine rankings. |
user-generated content (UGC) | Content such as photos, blogs, videos, podcasts, and other types of material individuals create, usually free of charge, to share with other people. |
community managers | People firms hire to help them implement and manage their social media campaigns. |
chatbots | Computer programs that comprehend and conduct human-like conservations. |
search engine marketing (SEM) | Marketing designed to get internet traffic to a firm’s website by making it more visible in search engine results. |
bounce rate | The rate at which people leave a page immediately after clicking on it. |
