graduate (n) A person who has received a degree or diploma on completing a course of study, as in a university, college, or school.
progressive (adj) Making progress toward better conditions; employing or advocating more enlightened or liberal ideas, new or experimental methods, etc.
degrade (v) To reduce someone to a lower rank, degree, etc.; deprive them of office, rank, status, or title, especially as a punishment; to lower in character or quality; to cause people to feel they have no value.
regress (v) To move backward; go back; to revert to an earlier or less advanced state or form.
gradual (adj) Taking place, changing, moving, etc., by small degrees or little by little.
aggression (n) the action of a state in violating by force the rights of another state, particularly its territorial rights
