What is a Motherboard? It is the central of the computer system, all components required for the system are plugged into the motherboard
What is the purpose of a motherboard? connects all the essential components like the CPU, RAM, and storage devices, allowing them to communicate and function together by distributing power and providing the necessary connections for each part to operate properly
What does ROM stand for? Read Only Memory
What is the purpose of ROM? A chip that tells the person instructions or commands in order to start up. (Non-volatile/ Permanent memory)
What is input ? Peripheral used to put information into the computer
What is output? Peripheral used to get information from a computer
What does CPU stand for? Central Processing Unit
What is the purpose of a Hard Drive? it is used to permanently store data
What is the purpose of a CPU? Interpreting and executing instructions from software programs, processing data, and controlling the flow of information throughout the whole system
What is a cooling fan? A device that actively moves air to cool down a system or component by circulating air around it
what is the purpose of a cooling fan? To regulate temperatures and prevent overheating in devices and vehicles
What are at least 4 employability skills? teamwork, communication, planning and organizing, problem solving, Trust, Fairness, Responsibility, and Respect
What is a Mouse? A small device that you can use to control your computer screen
