migr Latin- “To wander”
migratory (adj) having a way of life that includes moving from one region or climate to another usually on a regular schedule for feeding or breeding.
emigrate (v) leave one’s own country in order to settle permanently in another. (look at the prefix “e-" which means ‘out of’)
migrant (n) a person, animal, or plant that does not live in one particular place for very long.
immigration (n) the action of coming to live permanently in a foreign country. (prefix "im" which means 'in')
migrate (v) when a n animal moves from one region or habitat to another, especially regularly according to the seasons
émigré (n) a person who has left their own country in order to settle in another, usually for political reasons

miss Latin- “Send”
transmit (v) to send information, sound, etc. in the form of electrical signals to radio, television, computer, etc.
emit (v) to send (light, energy, etc.) out from a source.
intermittent (adj) starting, stopping, and then starting again; not constant or steady.
missionary (n) a person sent by a church into an area to carry on evangelism or other activities, as educational or hospital work.
missile (n) an object or weapon for throwing, hurling, or shooting, as a stone, bullet, or arrow.
submissive (adj) Inclined or ready to submit; unresistingly or humbly obedient.
