Hydrologic Cycle the continuous movement of water on, above, and below the Earth's surface

Plume a column of liquid, gas, or dust, moving through another
Aquifers a body of rock and/or sediment that holds groundwater.
Wells a hole dug into the ground to access groundwater, oil, gas, or other natural resources
Consumption the act of using something up
Point Source Pollution when pollution comes from a single, identifiable location
Surface water any body of water found on Earth's surface including both saltwater and freshwater
