Is the process in which producers, mainly plants take in carbon dioxide and water with the aid of sunlight to produce food and oxygen. Photosynthesis
The process in which producers,consumers, and decomposers convert food and oxygen to produce energy,CO2, and water. Cellular Respiration
Is an essential "important" for life. Water Cycle
Is the process of water changing to a vapor (gas) due to increased heat. Evaporation
The process in which plants release water vapor from their leaves. Transpiration
Is the process of rising water vapor cooling and changing into water droplets and collect dust particles to form clouds. Condensation
Condensation taking place on plants or other objects on a cool morning. Dew
Is the process in which heavy droplets of water fall to the ground in the form of rain,snow,sleet, or hail. Precipitation
The carbon Cycle Carbon is essential for life and is the building block of all living things.
The Oxygen Cycle Oxygen is essential for life and is mainly required for breathing, combustion “burning”, supporting aquatic life and decomposition of organic waste/matter.
Deforestation Deforestation decreases the number of producers that creates oxygen.
The Nitrogen cycle The nitrogen cycle describes how nitrogen moves between plants, animals, bacteria, the atmosphere (the air), and soil in the ground.
Nitrogen fixation Nitrogen fixation is the process of changing free nitrogen gas (N2) into a usable form of nitrogen called nitrogen compounds.
