-ance, -ancy, -ence, -ency States of Being
compliance (n) The act or process of doing what you have been asked or ordered to do; the act or process of complying.
hesitancy (n) The quality or state of being hesitant
tolerance (n) The ability or willingness to tolerate something, in particular the existence of opinions or behavior that one does not necessarily agree with.
buoyancy (n) The ability or tendency to float in water or air or some other fluid, an optimistic and cheerful disposition
obedience (n) Compliance with an order, request, or law or submission to another’s authority.
dependency (n) A dependent or subordinate thing, especially a country or province controlled by another.
competence (n) The ability to do something successfully or efficiently.
complacency (n) A feeling or being satisfied with how things are and not wanting to try to make them better; a complacent feeling or condition.
State of Being -ity, -ship
sanctity (n) The quality or state of being holy, very important, or valuable.
acuity (n) The ability to see, hear, or understand something easily.
tranquility (n) The quality or state of being tranquil; calm.
eternity (n) Time without an end; a state that comes after death and never ends; time that seems to be without an end.
hardship (n) Pain and suffering; something that causes pain, suffering, or loss.
scholarship (n) An amount of money that is given by a school, an organization, etc., To a student to help pay for the student’s education, serious formal study or research of a subject.
companionship (n) The good feeling that comes from being with someone else.
citizenship (n) the Fact or status of being a citizen of a particular place; the qualities that a person is expected to have as a responsible member of a community.
