The term superior means? above; upward; toward the head
The term ventral means? toward the front; pertaining to the front side
The term retro means? behind; backward
The term hyper means? high, above, excessive
The term ecto means? outside
The term ili/o means? hip
The term inguin/o means? groin
The term viscera means? internal organs
The term vertebr/o means? vertebra(any of 33 bones making up the spine)
The term verterbral means? vertebra(pertaining to any one of the 33 bones making up the spine.
The term diaphragm means? a large muscle that divides the ventral cavity into upper and lower cavities.
