| Xylem | Vascular tissue that water and minerals move in |
| Frond | Ferns leaves |
| Pollen | Tiny structures that contain the cells that will later become Sperm cells cell |
| Seed | Structure that contains a young plant inside a protective cover |
| Gymnosperm | Seed plant that produces naked seeds |
| Angiosperms | Flowering plants that produce seeds that are enclosed in fruits |
| Cotyledon | Sea leaf that provides food for the embryo |
| Monocots | Angiosperms that have only one seed leaf |
| Dicots | Angiosperms that produce seeds with two seed leaves |
