What is Keratin? It is a tough, waterproof material the provides cells in the outer layer of skin with a horney, abrasion-resistant, and protective quality.
where is the stratum corneum located? and what is the function? the outer layer of the epidermis. It is Full of Keratin, and is waterproof. The dead cells are shed in this layer.
