Hypoxia decrease in oxygen
anoxia complete lack of oxygen
Trachea the tube that connects your mouth and nose to your lungs. You can also call it the windpipe. It is in the front of your neck, and is very hard with tough rings around it. Feel the front of your neck.
Alveoli tiny sacs within our lungs that allow oxygen and carbon dioxide to move between the lungs and bloodstream
Epiglottis a flap of cartilage at the root of the tongue, which is depressed during swallowing to cover the opening of the windpipe.
Arteries Carries blood AWAY from the heart
Veins Carries blood TOO the heart
Arotic valve one of the two semilunar valves of the heart, the other being the pulmonary valve.

Gray matter of the spinal cord 1. dorsal horn 2. lateral horn 3. ventral horn
