Which stage is the butterfly a caterpillar? 3rd stage.
How many steps does it take for a butterfly to be born? 4.
How long do butterflies live? Two weeks.
What do butterflies live in before they become a butterfly? Cocoon.
What is a cocoon made of? Silk.
