Who was Song Si and what was the washing away of wrongs? Song Si was a Chinese official who wrote 5 volumes on Forensic Science Procedures of how to go about investigating for other Chinese Officials. His books were used for over 700 years.
Who was Varignana and what did he contribute to Forensic Science? Varignana was a Italian Doctor who did autopsy's in Italy and was eventually sanctioned by the Catholic Church. He did the first legally ordered autopsy in Bologna, 1302.
Who was Vesalius and what did they contribute to Forensic Science? Vesalius was an Italian Physician and anatomist who was considered "The Father of Human Anatomy." and proved that Galen was wrong via De Humani Corporis Fabrica.
Who were Burke and Hare and what did they do? Burke and Hare murdered 16 people and donated their bodies to University of Edinburgh. Resulted in The Anatomy Act of 1832.
