Good evening. — Way of greeting someone after it gets dark. こんばんは。( Konbanwa. )
Goodbye; Farwell. — Way of saying goodbye to someone and wishing them well. さようなら。( Sayounara. )
Well, see ya. — Casual way of saying see you again. じゃあ またね。( Jyaa mata ne. ) (or じゃ、また。またね。ect.)
Excuse me. — Way of excusing oneself politely from a situation/room, ect. 失礼します。( Shiturei shimasu. )
Good night. — Casual way of saying good night. おやすみ。( Oyasumi. )
Good night — More polite way of saying good night. おやすみなさい。( Oyasuminasai. )
Thank you — Casual way of showing appreciation for someone's action. ありがとう。( Arigatou. )

Excuse me; Pardon me. — Polite way of apologising or getting attention. すみません。( Sumimasen. )
Yes. — Used to confirm things. はい。( Hai. )
No. — Used to deny things. いいえ。( Iie. )
I'm off / See you later. — Expression used when leaving somewhere you will return. いってきます。( Ittekimasu. )
Have a good day / take care. — Used when seeing someone off. いってらっしゃい。( Itterasshai. )
I'm home / I'm back. — Used when returning back from somewhere. ただいま。( Tadaima. )
Welcome home/back. — Used when welcoming someone home. おかえり(なさい)。( Okaeri [nasai] )
Thank you for the meal. — Used when about to start eating. いただきます。( Itadakimasu. )
That was a delicious meal / thanks. — Used after eating to show gratitude. ごちそうさまでした。( Gochisou sama deshita. )
Nice to meet you. — Greeting for the first time. はじめまして。( Hajimemashite. )
Please treat me well. — Used at the end of a greeting to express wanting to get along together. よろしく おねがいします。( Yoroshiku onegai shimasu. )
