Fowlers Head of bed is 45-60 degree
High Fowlers Head of bed is 60-90 degree
Semi Fowlers Head of bed is 30 degree
Prone Patient lays on abdomen with head turned to one side
Supine Back lying position
Lateral Patient lays on one side or the other
Sims Left side lying position with right leg flexed sharply and left arm is behind the person
