What is the function of the Uterus? Fertilisation of the ovum in the uterine wall + Fetus development
What is the function of the Uterine tube (Fallopian Tubes)? Connection of the ovaries to uterus Fertilisation happen in fallopian tubes Sperm + Egg = Zygote
What are the Ovaries? Female gametes - Sex cells
What are the Mammary glands? Breasts - each contains 20 lobes - for lactation (Oxytocin stimulates milk production in response to nipple stimulation - known as the "let down reflex"
What is an Ectopic Pregnancy? A fertilised egg in any location other than the Uterus
