| Nucleas | the control center of the cell that contains the DNA |
| Cell Membrane | a layer on the outside of the cell that holds the cells together |
| Cytoplasm | the jellylike substance that fills the cell membrane |
| Unicellular | consisting of a single cell |
| Circulatory System | moves blood through your body |
| Heart | powers the circulatory system, causes blood to flow, creates pressure in the system |
| Vein | carries used blood back to the heart |
| Artery | carry oxygen-rich blood from the heart of the rest of the body |
| Blood | delivers the nutrients, proteins, hormones, carbon dioxide, and oxygen the body needs |
